How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Talkededited Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Talkededited Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please still let us know. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Talkededited Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@talkededited.boutique and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
